IXES Molda 7
	The Molda 7 completely fulfils your personal creativity. The varied amount of settings in the basic machine specification will allow you to perform every moulding operation. Molda 7 offers you: • Three spindle operating speeds (3000 - 6000 - 8300 rpm). • Forward and reverse rotation settings can be selected. • 120mm tool clamping height. • Tilting arbor with -5 to +45 degree variable settings. • 100mm mandrel lift. • Variable multi-function spans - crosses over the spindle head opening for diagonal moulding of smaller sections. • Variable curved moulding. • Easy mounting of power feed unit and table extensions. The IXES Molda 7 operates with minimum noise, plus high accuracy levels so that the machine is not only a pleasure to operate but also satisfies everything you expect of a quality spindle moulder. • Solid cast iron table. • Strong, distortion tree steel base construction. • Poly-V-belt drive transmission system for maximum power output. • Jilting spindle mechanism is designed to allow safe working from below and positioning of feeding apparatus close to the tooling. • Feeding appliance for safe working. • Conveniently positioned control tower permits speed selection and other settings at normal operator height level. 					Variable adjustments of the curved moulding fence offers safe and accurate processing when moulding profiles.
					The spindle shaft can be tilted up to 45 degrees backwards thereby permitting safe working with concealed tooling and allowing a power feed unit to be positioned near the cutting tool.
