The standard specification of the IXES Molda 7f is especially suited for panel moulding and cross grain working such as tenoning etc. Equipped with a large sized sliding table section you can work effortlessly with large work pieces. • Large machine cast iron table surface. • 800mm long sliding table section with precision table movement. • Optional sliding cross table carriage with telescopic support arm for large panels and work tops. • Optional table length extension capable of being mounted to both sides. Whether you are working on small or large projects the varied possibilities offered in the basic machine will meet most moulding operations. • Three spindle operating speeds (3000-6000-8300rpm). • Forward and reverse rotation settings can be selected. • 120mm tool clamping height. • Tilting arbor with -5 to +45 degree variable settings. • 100mm spindle adjustment. • Variable multi-function spans - crosses over the spindle head opening for diagonal moulding of smaller sections. • Variable curved moulding. • Easy mounting of power feed unit; table extensions and sliding cross diagonal table. • Poly-V-belt drive system for maximum transmission of power. • Tilting spindle mechanism is designed to allow safe working from below and positioning of feeding apparatus close to the tooling. • Feeding appliance for safe working. • Conveniently positioned control tower permits speed selection and other settings at normal operator height level.
					Variable adjustments of the curved moulding fence offers safe and accurate processing when moulding profiles.
					The spindle shaft can be tilted up to 45 degrees backwards thereby permitting safe working with concealed tooling and allowing a power feed unit to be positioned near the cutting tool.
