The lower thicknessing table is moved and supported on four stable threaded columns, which produces an even thicknessing result. The coated, sturdy sheet steel thicknessing table will not show any signs of wear even after many years of use so that thicknessing precision is maintained. The 7500 rpm speed of the cutter head ensures excellent planing results.
When the chips are down …
With individual timber processing machines, the extraction and disposal of chips is a frequent problem. The chip hose connector of the AD 160 therefore proves an ideal accessory where planing chips are unwanted.
