Sanding deep and wide work pieces, front edges, narrow inner curves, horizontal, vertical, diagonal, with or across the grain; it’s all part of a day’s work with the scheppach bsm 2010 belt sanding machine and the job is completed in no time to your total satisfaction. In vertical sanding mode the 198 mm wide anodised aluminium tables offer more than adequate support and the smoothest surface to work off. The continuous table height adjustment enables you to use the full width of the belt equally which becomes cost effective and economical in use. The most generous sanding surface allows the safe and proficient sanding of larger work pieces and the belt speed of 11 m/sec eliminates the possibility of overheating and discoloration of the wood.

Efficient corner sanding. Both tables are adjustable from 0 to 45 degrees using small rotating rollers allowing perfect diagonal sanding even on tight inner curves. The standard safety fence allows you to work with small work pieces safely. A handle provides quick and easy adjustment of the bsm 2010 to either horizontal or vertical sanding modes. An optional sturdy floor stand makes it possible to convert the machine from a bench top unit to a floor standing machine. Due to the connecting piece for a scheppach extractor unit, the bsm 2010 got the test certificate “wood dust tested”.
The continuous table height adjustment allows evenly sanded surfaces and corners. With the optional angle fence you can guide even small pieces safely. Assembled pieces can be comfortably sanded in the horizontal sanding mode.
The angle fence can be adjusted to 45 degrees in left and right directions. The small diameter of the end roller allows for perfect sanding of inner curves.
