Experienced woodworkers will always choose the hf 3000ci spindle moulder.

The correct speed and an accurately set tool are a prerequisite for an optimum moulding result without the necessity of subsequent finishing work. The scheppach hf 3000 gives you the choice of three speeds – the chosen rate is indicated on an electric display.

Precise settings. The adjustable fences have settings to within 1/10th of a millimetre. The spindle height adjustment also has a fine setting facility. If required, you can attach an optional sliding table carriage with clamping and tenon-cutting device (also retro-fittable). With the corresponding cutters fitted, the standard forward and reverse drive allows guiding the workpiece above the cutter tool, thus increasing working safety. Another safety feature is the standard motor brake.

With the correct tooling you can cut moulded grooves fast and accurately.
With the profile cutterhead you can prepare up to 77 different profiles.
With the table length extension stop moulding can be carried out with the utmost safety.
The curved moulding fence has three spacer rings with fine adjustment.
The stop ring for turning jobs is available as an accessory.
The bonding cutterhead guarantees perfect fitting accuracy.
Pillar and door panelling can be performed with the counter profile cutterhead, facing and groove cutters.
