Longer tables and bigger working capacity – the basic Combi planer hmc 3200 ci. The scheppach hmc 3200 ci is constructed on the same principles as the hmc 2600 ci. When not in use the attachments can be stored conveniently on our wall mounted space-saving consoles. Like all machines in the “ci“ series, the feed rollers can be disconnected by a conveniently placed clutch lever when surface planing, or as an added safety measure when thicknessing. Simple or complex tasks: whether operating the basic machine or performing more complex tasks such as spindle moulding and mortising, the hmc 3200 ci offers you more than sufficient power plus the choice of the correct working speed. Professional users will particularly appreciate the 1,320 mm long cast iron surface planing tables and the 310 x 180 mm thicknessing capacity. With the additional advantage of being able to add slot mortising and spindle moulder attachments, the hmc 3200 ci Combi planer is without rival. And if workshop space is at a premium a wheel kit – as a part of the standard equipment – will resolve that problem.

Combi System Accessories

kse250 sawbench attachment

Forget the need for a separate sawbench - with the kse250. If you do not have the room for a separate sawbench the Combi kse250 saw attachment solves your problem. You only need space when you actually use it and because it seats nicely onto the basic Combi unit. minimal space is occupied. Because the saw is driven from the powerful planer motor drive the cutting performance is guaranteed. Everything is adjustable. The saw table tilts to 45° degrees. The rip fence adjusts across the full width of the saw table and can be locked precisely with the eccentric clamping device. To perform accurate mitre cuts a sliding table carriage or mitre attachment is available. The kse250 is kept stable by means of a telescopic support leg.

tfe30 spindle moulder attachment

The main 'building blocks' of the tfe30 spindle moulder attachment are the same as the Scheppach dedicated single purpose moulder hf3000. Hence, the table dimensions, tooling capacity and clamping height as just the same. The fence too are harmonised so the tfe30 also has fine adjustment to both fences and the swivelling protection lid makes it possible to change the tooling without disturbing the fence settings. The solid spindle unit with its generous bearings plus the powerful belt transmission guarantee the highest possible performance on the tfe30. A series of exchangeable table insert rings and suction connector are included in the standard equipment.

The Scheppach Combi lbe16 slot mortising attachment provides a low cost mortiser for even the smallest workshop. The most striking feature is its ease of operation thanks to its dual lever control. The large work table; the accurate round bar guiding mechanism and generous adjustment range all makes for efficient working. Height is adjusted easily as it works in conjunction with the rise and fall of the thicknessing table. Stops can be used to set longitudinal and latitudinal table movement. The drilling chuck of the precision gear drive is tightened by means of a standard chuck key.

lse600 belt sanding attachment

The lse600 belt sanding attachment - one of the Combi system accessories is mainly characterised by its excellent sanding performance. The high driving power is transmitted via a special belt tensioning device. Even before you purchase the lse600 you are equipped with the necessary longitudinal fence as the adjustable surface planin fence of the hmc2600 serves also as the sanding fence for the lse600. By virtue of the automatic tensioning device the belt remains permanently tight and easy to adjust if necessary. Special sandpaper with plastic core and grit sizes of 80, 120 and 220 is provided as standard. Sanding belts are changed in a few simple operations.

tse300 disc sanding attachment

The tse300 large diameter disc sanding attachment compliments the lse600 belt sander and is the final option in the versatile Scheppach Combi system. With this high performance machine you can sand all front edges, curves or bevels quickly and efficiently. The adjustable table also provides for angle sanding up to 45°. On the tse300 you can sand up to 150mm deep. Sand papers with different grit sizes are quick to change due to the convenient Velcro fastening. The sanding coatings are also easy to fit. They are extremely elastic and this helps prevent the danger of burning on the workpiece caused by excess pressure.
