The new ts4010ci circular sawbench is the flagship of the scheppach “ts” series of circular sawbenches. It combines the excellence of German engineering technology with the results of a listening ear and paying attention to the demands of our world-wide customer base. No clearer example of this is found than with the introduction of the new ts4010ci model which includes all the benefits of a heavy duty cast iron saw table.
Offering an impressive 107 mm maximum depth of cut, this machine is ideal for the professional workshop but its competitive price still enables it to be within the budget range for the home user where nothing but the very best will do.
The ts4010ci sawbench includes the patented scheppach Duplex dual rise & fall and tilt mechanism which gives rapid and fine height adjustment to the height and tilt settings from a single handwheel. A constant cutting speed of 66m/Second from the massive 5.4HP (4.1HP single phase) electric motor provides splinter free cutting from the standard TCT sawblade. Even splinter free cutting without pre-scoring is possible with special sawblade (order no. 5460 0702). But for the “unbelievers” there is always the option of a traditional scoring unit. Adjustable grooving saw accessories offer the possibility for trenching, grooving and rebates etc. A special SUVA crown guard system is required for all hidden cuts.
When equipped with the optional folding table width extension, up to 1100mm width of cut is possible. A choice of two sliding table carriage units allow up to 1400mm cutting capacity in front of the sawblade. Accuracy to within 1/10th of a millimetre comes as standard on the rip fence and is also included with the optional sliding table carriage. An optional wheel kit allows the machine to be moved to the desired working position by one person.
